A week later dealer calls me and ask if could come in a sign some paperwork get there and he tells me that the bank didn't approve financing. He says its because my work history wasnt accurate and that this broke the contract I signed. They refund my down payment and want to force me to spend it with them. What can I do?
  • My child's mother did not put me on the birth certificate. I have had a hostile relationship with her and was forced to give 100% of my paycheck just to see my daughter the first 3 years, leaving me with no room to pay legal fees to establish paternity and support. She also has not filed for support. I have not been in contact with the mother in 3 years nor has she been in contact with me. At this point, I would like to sever my parental rights even though I am not legally established as the father so I can move on with my life. Is this possible?

  • My sister's house has had (2) attempted break-ins in the last 1.5wk. She's buying a security system but I wondered if her landlord should be responsible for this?
  • My daughter is almost 5y/o my daughter's father has never been in her life or provided for her financially or emotinally. Time to time he acts like he wants to be part of her life but NEVER takes any initiative to actually build a relationship with her. He also isn't on her birth certificate and he currently leaves in California. What do be my first step on filling for child support? I don't want him to have any legal rights to her or for him to take her out of state and is why I've never filed for child support plus he's always threatened to fight me for full custody.
  • how long shoud they give before i have to be out of the house?
  • We pay child support but ex still wants us to help pay for things. Outside of child support . Isn't part of paying child support enough
  • After being kicked out, how much time do I have to go back and get my belongings before the landlord can take legal possession of them?
  • I live in senior 62 Sec. 42 tax credit property. I have heard the landlord is money oriented and anti-social towards people. I was a real estate agent and specialized in apartment building sales. I have been threatened with immediate eviction for bogus lies, that I had nothing to do with. I looked up the company on az courts. there is nothing since an unlawful detainer in snowflake in 2009. they are in several cities around the state, but based in Idaho. I have heard that they just throw people out of the property. they must have accomplices. one of the owners sits on the town council
